A fun-filled and fantastic night!
Optimum Contact Solutions, part of the Littlewoods Shop Direct group, took over 3,000 calls for Sport Relief, collecting an amazing £98,000 in donations. Over 200 staff, along with their friends and families, volunteered to handle the 80 phone lines at Optimum’s contact centre in Preston.
Steve Porter Head of Operations, said: "What a fantastic night, we delivered a fun filled approach to ensuring we answered our calls and at the same time raised significant amounts of money for an extremely worthy cause. It was just another reminder of how great our Littlewoods staff are and I am extremely proud of them!"
