The Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Games
A colossal 'thank you' to everyone who made this year's Sainsbury's Sport Relief Games so incredible. Now it’s time to put your feet up, relax and enjoy the warm glow which comes from knowing that the money you raised will help change countless lives forever. Remember, it’s not too late to bag some more sponsors, and the sooner you pay in any money you raised, the sooner we can put it to work transforming lives.
With hundreds of events across the UK, a flagship Mile in London and distances for all abilities, the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile was ideal, whether you fancied a bit of fun or a serious run.
With hundreds of pools around the country taking part, the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Swimathon had distances to suit all swimmers, from 5km super-swims to the choose-your-own-distance SimplySwim.
For those who prefer two wheels, the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Cycle gave you three events: in London, Manchester and Glasgow, with distances ranging from a Family Cycle to challenging rides.

Held at the iconic London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic venue, the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Games took place on the 23rd March and saw people run, swim and cycle, all to raise money for Sport Relief.

£30 could enable a coach to deliver a sports session for young people living in deprived communities, helping them to learn new skills and stay away from negative influences like gangs.
