- By entering this free prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- To enter this prize draw, you must be a UK resident and aged 16 or over. Only one entry per person is permitted.

- Three prizes are available. The first winner drawn will receive a Sport Relief 2012 t-shirt signed by the presenters and finalists of Let’s Dance for Sport Relief, the second winner drawn will receive a Sport Relief 2012 t-shirt signed by Freddie Flintoff and the third winner drawn will receive a Sport Relief 2012 t-shirt signed by Steve Jones and Alex Jones. The prizes will be delivered to the winners by post.

Terms and Conditions - Schools & Early Years Online Evaluation Prize Draw

- This free prize draw is open to individuals involved in Sport relief 2012 in their school or early years group resident in the UK, who complete the Sport Relief 2012 Schools online evaluation survey.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The closing date for entries is 23:59 on Thursday 31st May 2012
- 1 winner will be selected randomly by Comic Relief from all eligible entries and will win a £250 voucher for a Red Letter Day experience

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions – Win Tickets to the Saracens v Harlequins Premiership Rugby fixture at Wembley on March 31st 2012

- Subject to these terms and conditions, to be entered into this prize draw, you must be a UK resident and have entered the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile (or if you are under 16yrs old have been entered by an adult aged 18yrs or over) between 6am on Friday 9 March 2012 and 6am on Monday 19 March 2012.
- All Mile entry methods are eligible (online, mobile, paper form, phone, Giving Page). Individuals in Northern Ireland may also enter the prize draw without entering the Mile by emailing fundraising@comicrelief.com with “Saracens Sport Relief Draw” in the email title and stating their full name, address, and a contact telephone number. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions – Win a day with the Red Arrows
Entry is via email only (entries to be submitted to fundraising@comicrelief.com no later than midnight on 29th Jan 2012.)
The Red Arrows competition is subject to the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms & Conditions”). Prize winners may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by the Red Arrows. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Comic Relief reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to enter you must comply with the following terms & conditions:
- You must be the Team Captain of a team fundraising for Sport Relief 2012 using a Sport Relief Team Giving Page set up in the period 10th - 29th January 2012.
- Fundraising pages for the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile are not eligible.
- You must answer the following multiple choice question:

- C. The Nile
- You must be a UK resident.
- You must be over 16 years old to enter.
- You must not be, or be a relative (i.e. a parent, child, sibling, spouse or life partner) of an employee of Comic Relief.
- Only one entry per team will be counted.
- The winning Team Captains will receive details of the prize and will be responsible for choosing attendees from their team.
- Winners must be contactable on 30th January.
- Winners must be able to attend on the date specified.
TIMING:
This competition runs from 10am on Monday 23rd January 2012. The closing date of this competition is midnight Sunday 29th January 2012. The winners will be drawn on Monday 30th January 2012.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Two Team Captains will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Monday 30th January 2012 and will be contacted on the telephone number provided upon entry into the draw. Winners will need to confirm their attendance to Comic Relief and supply full contact details for the Team Captain and names of all attendees and their car registration numbers (to be passed to RAF Scampton for security purposes) by 2pm on Wednesday 1st February. If for any reason a selected winner is unable to accept the prize by 5pm Tuesday 31st January 2012, an alternate winner will be selected by a repeated random draw. The Red Arrows will act as the point of contact for the winners upon taking receipt of their details.
WINNERS LIST:
By entering the competition, the winning Team Captains consent to their names being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be published on the Sport Relief website after the closing date.
PRIZE:
The two winners will each win five places to an exclusive Red Arrows experience expected to include: meeting the pilots, seeing an air show, a tour of the planes and lunch (All elements available subject to weather conditions and the Red Arrows’ operational requirements on the day).

Three Day Guest Pass Terms and Conditions
By entering the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile you are entitled to a free three day Fitness First Guest Pass.
To claim your Guest Pass follow the link in your Mile registration confirmation email to the Fitness First Sport Relief webpage. Fill in your details and Fitness First will email you your Guest Pass. Take your Guest Pass together with your Sport Relief Miler number to your chosen club to activate this offer. To find your nearest club call 0844 571 8080.
The Guest Pass includes:
- Free use of all fitness facilities

Sport Relief Donation Terms & Conditions
For each Guest Pass redeemed through www.fitnessfirst.co.uk/sportrelief by 30th June 2012 Fitness First will donate £1 to Sport Relief. If you decide to join after using your guest pass by 31st July 2012, Fitness First will donate a further £5 to Sport Relief. Rewards for Mile Fundraisers – Terms and Conditions
To be eligible to claim a Mile fundraising reward, you must comply with these terms & conditions.
- You must have entered the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile and have raised the required total by debit or credit card donations received by you or your sponsors through your personal online Sport Relief Giving Page (Team Giving Pages are not eligible for Mile fundraising rewards).
- You must be a UK resident.
- Your reward will depend on the online verified total (excluding Gift Aid) received by Comic Relief by midnight on 31 May 2012:
- If your total is £25 or more, you are eligible to receive exclusive video footage from your favourite Sport Relief celebrities.
- If your total is £80 or more and you are 16yrs or over you are eligible to a free two day class pass at Fitness First. If you are under 16yrs old you will be eligible to 500 Swapits points.
