Encourage your family and friends to come and cheer you along the route through the unique setting of West Princes Street Gardens – with the programme of entertainment we’re lining up they won’t be disappointed! There’s the chance to try your hand at all kinds of sports including a climbing wall, or get inspired with BMX, athletics and other demonstrations from local clubs. But if that sounds a bit too much once you’ve completed your Mile, there’s always the great atmosphere provided by our local musicians to sit back and enjoy, plus the chance for a little celebrity spotting. With the BBC TV film crew on hand to capture the day as it unfolds, why not get into your fancy dress gear to help your chance of fame!
