Your start time and distance

You will be given a start time or, where possible, we'll give you a selection of start times to choose from.

In order to ensure that the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Miles are safe and fun it hasn't always been possible to find courses that are exactly 1, 3 or 6 miles long. At Milton Keynes they are 1.09 miles, 3.06 miles and 6 miles long, depending on which distance you choose.

Entertainment info

Your Mile will be kick-started with a lively group warm-up session and we’re organising stacks of activities for your enjoyment too. It’s an ideal chance to try out some new sports – perhaps some you haven’t done in years – or get inspiration from the local clubs who will be running demonstrations for you. Or you can just kick back and enjoy the atmosphere provided by the local DJs and musicians we’ve invited along. The choice is yours! The range of entertainment provided may be subject to change.
