Challenge yourself to try something you've never done before, or finally give something up - either way, you'll be working towards a better you and better life for someone else. How about getting sponsored to cycle to work or school for a whole week? Or you could give up chocolate for a month to raise money for Sport Relief.

Other Ideas: 
  • Get sponsored to give up biscuits, coffee or alcohol!
  • Encourage colleagues to use the stairs - in fact, charge them to use the lift unless they have a very good reason for not walking!
  • Take up a new and exciting sport for sponsorship cash - maybe try something unusual like archery or even synchronized swimming?!
Top Tip: 
Get your boss to fill in your sponsorship form first – everyone else will want to see how much they've coughed up! Then take your sponsorship form round the office on a Friday afternoon when people will welcome the distraction.
