Why not make a night of it? Download our sporting quiz, get your pals to pay to play and see who knows the score. Or you could have a dinner party with your mates to load up on carbs before the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile - charge them a couple of quid to sample your culinary delights! The whole company at Red Lorry Yellow Lorry in London took a break from the 9-5, and held a special quiz to raise cash for Sport Relief. They raised a massive £328 which could pay for 450 women in Ethiopia to get the book-keeping materials they need to run a small business, so they can support their families and work their way out of poverty.
