Some ideas to get you started

cycle a long distance

Get sponsored to cycle an epic distance on an exercise bike, such as London to Paris or Land’s End to John O’Groats, either on your own or as a team.

Tag team relay

Set up an exercise bike at work and see how far you can go in a sponsored, 12-hour tag-team with your workmates.

Ten minute trial

Run a pay-to-play competition to see who can go the farthest in 10 minutes on an exercise bike, with a prize for whoever tops the leader board.
