Fashion journalist Susannah Constantine, TV presenter Les Dennis, comedian Miles Jupp and EastEnders actress Tameka Empson step up to the challenge and over a 10 week period hope to increase their fitness levels.
Helping them on their journey, Olympian Professor Greg Whyte OBE and Dr. Zoe Williams will offer expert guidance to training and nutrition. The programme will culminate in the celebs undertaking one of the UK’s hardest physical challenges.
The hour-long episode, airing on BBC Two during the week of Sport Relief, will follow the emotionally and physically challenging journey the celebs have been on.
It will feature why they have chosen to take on the challenge, and help inspire the nation to get active and get involved this Sport Relief.
Sport Relief funds projects that help millions of people across the world increase their standards of living, and ensure health conditions are improving in the world’s poorest communities.
