Sport Relief is when the British public comes together to get active, raise money and change lives. This time, it’s bigger than ever and we’ve got a whole week of epic activity lined up for you from 17th to 23rd March 2018.
Sign up to a Pilates class, organise a five-a-side football match, take on a personal challenge, or go for a walk on your lunch break. Whatever moves you, do it for Sport Relief.
Simply get active in whatever way suits you then, depending on the activity, either get sponsored, get people to pay to take part or make a donation.
The money you raise through Sport Relief helps vulnerable people, across the UK and the world, to live happier, healthier and safer lives.
When you fundraise for Sport Relief, you support those living with mental health issues and provide lifesaving maternal healthcare for mothers and babies. You help those at risk of trafficking or domestic violence and join the global fight to end malaria. You do all this, and so much more, because Comic Relief uses the money you raise to support projects on the ground, here in the UK and across the world.
